Thoughts worth sharing on leadership
& building products

I believe deeply in our ability to grow, both as individuals and as humans within a system. Writing, for me, is a way to sharpen thinking and reflect more deliberately.

I share what I've learnt through occasional talks and articles, as a way of giving back – just as others have generously shared their time and thoughts to help me grow.

I'm also a proud founding member of FLUX, a leadership collective for female and non-binary leaders in UX and Design.

If you would like to connect about a speaking opportunity, feel free to get in touch.

Writing

Writing

I've written about design, product thinking and leadership in a few places, including:
• Long form in the Monzo blog and Medium
• My collection of short notes and principles

In late 2022, I self-published a short book for individual contributors looking to grow into leadership.

ICs tell me it gave them clarity on what their managers expect. Managers say it's unlocked better conversations with their reports.

Check it out on Amazon and let me know what you think.
